There is a database of contact information for the San Jose
Cursillo Movement members available though this website but unfortunately,
we need to keep the database password protected to prevent abuse such as spam
(commercial email offers), telemarketing, identity theft and other nefarious
uses of personal information.
With an increased exposure to identity theft, the Secretariate has decided to
limit access to the Cursillo database. Currently access is available to Secretariate
board members and current rectors and rectoras.
If you have a need for access to
the database please go “BACK” and use
the "Comments" link to send a message to the Database Administrator
requesting access and what your need is. Requests will be evaluated and
approved based on your requirement in light of the need to protect the
privacy of all Cursillistas. If your requirement is for a “one time” search
you can send a request to the administrator and he will send you the
results.
If you are trying to update your
own record, go “BACK” and click on
the "Online Update Form" link
and follow the instructions on that page.
NOTE: General information is available from the main Web Page www.sanjosecursillo.org and
does not require a password.

Online Update Form: Please check to see if you are in
the database and if you are and need to make a correction of the information in
the Cursillo member
database (e.g. you moved, changed phone number, email address, or etc.),
please go to the Online Update Form at The
Cursillo Database
and
then submit it to the DB administrator. If you are a new cursillista and are listed in the database, please complete the "Update Form" including all the information requested.
Steps for updating the Database:
1. Click on the "Online Update Form" link.
2.
Then, enter your birth date and parish code (found with link on this page) and click "Submit".
3.
If you already have a file in the database your form will come up. Update it and click on "Submit Information" when you are finished.
4.
If you do not have a file in the database a blank form will come up -- fill it in and then click on "Submit Information".
Please do not combine your information with your spouse's. The Discernment Committee uses this information to determine who is eligible to discern
to be Rector and Rectora. If you combine your data there is no way they can tell who did what or when.
